- No cage dryers, everEvery dog is dried by hand with a person beside them. It takes longer and it's much kinder.
- In and out in about two hoursWe book one dog per groomer per slot, so yours isn't waiting in a crate until closing time.
- We go at their speedPuppies, seniors and worriers get breaks, treats and a quieter room. If a dog says no, we stop and call you.
- You hear from usA text when they're on the table, a photo when they're finished, and a note about anything we spotted on their skin, ears or teeth.
- We'd rather shave than hurtIf a coat is too matted to brush out without pain, we'll tell you plainly and start again short.
