Built for Dentists

A Website for Dentists You See Before You Pay

Nobody picks a dentist for fun. They pick one because a tooth hurts, the kids are due, or their insurance changed. Then they open three tabs and book whichever office made it easiest to say yes.

Do dentists really need their own website?

Yes. A new patient checks two things before they call: whether you take their insurance and whether they can get in this week. A directory listing answers neither. A website you own answers both in ten seconds, shows your hours and your new-patient price, and puts a booking button under their thumb.

Most owners put it off because a build like this usually runs $1,000–$5,000 and you pay before you see it. We don’t work that way: we design yours free and you only pay if you love it. It’s $997 flat if you want it, custom-built for your dental practice, live in a few days, and yours to keep. The domain and hosting are in your name, and there’s nothing else to pay.

The Real Problem Dental Practices Have With Their Website

Most dental sites were built by a marketing company that rents them out for $400 to $1,200 a month, and they all look the same: a stock family laughing on a couch, a slider, and a contact form nobody answers. Stop paying and the site disappears. Meanwhile the questions patients actually have, like what a cleaning costs without insurance or whether you see kids, are buried or missing.

Market reality: A new patient is commonly worth $800 to $1,500 in the first year and several times that over the years they stay. Hygiene recall fills the schedule, and one implant or aligner case can cover a year of marketing. The practice that answers the insurance question first usually gets the call.

What a Dental Practice Website Has to Do

Answer the insurance question. Show a price. Make booking one tap.

📋

Insurance and No-Insurance Page

Every plan you’re in network with, listed by name, plus what a cleaning and exam costs without coverage. It’s the first thing people look for and the last thing most dental sites show.

📅

Appointment Requests That Reach the Front Desk

A short form that asks for a name, a number and a preferred time, then lands on the front desk phone. No portal to register for.

🦷

A Page for Each Treatment

Implants, clear aligners, whitening, crowns, emergency visits. Someone searching “same day crown” should land on a page about same-day crowns.

😨

Nervous-Patient Page

A plain description of what you do for anxious patients. A large share of adults put off dental care out of fear, and almost no practice speaks to them directly.

💰

Membership Plan Page

Your in-house plan with the monthly price and what it covers. Patients without insurance are looking for exactly this.

📍

Hours, Parking and a Map

Evening and Saturday hours stated up front, with where to park. Small details decide which office gets the call.

Questions Dentists Ask Us

How much does a dental practice website cost?
You see your homepage design free, first. If you love it, a one-page site is $997 flat, three pages is $2,495, and the 15-page Town Takeover is $9,997: told up front, no hourly billing, with 90 days of our care plan included ($147/mo after, cancel anytime). One new patient a month who stays is worth more than the build in the first year, on typical first-year patient values. That’s arithmetic on typical prices. Whether the site brings them in is your market’s call.
Can patients book appointments through the site?
Yes. We build a request form that goes straight to your front desk by text and email. If you already use online scheduling through your practice software, we link to it or embed it so patients can pick a time.
Should we list our fees on the website?
We’d list at least the new-patient exam and cleaning. Patients without insurance are comparing offices, and the one that shows a number looks honest. You don’t need to publish a full fee schedule.
We already pay a dental marketing company. Why switch?
Check your contract for who owns the site. With most dental marketing companies you’re renting it, and it goes dark when you stop paying. Ours is a one-time price and the files, domain and hosting are in your name.
Does a dental website need to meet HIPAA rules?
A website that only shows information doesn’t handle patient records. A form that collects health details does, so we keep our forms to a name, a phone number and a preferred time, and tell patients not to send medical information. Ask your compliance advisor about anything beyond that.
